Making a Purchase
Many smaller items can be ordered online. In these instances the cost of an item and the shipping fee to UK destinations are added to your cart. We accept Visa, Mastercard, (credit and debit cards) Amex and Discover. Our online sales are secured using Paypal's secure payment processor, however a Paypal account is not required to make an online purchase.

Larger items often have bespoke requirements. Delivery can be arranged for any customer who wishes us to do so, please ask for details. Shipping costs can vary greatly and therefore such details must be arranged prior to purchase. For larger items and all other services please telephone our shop on 01384 868778 and someone will be happy to discuss your requirements.

What to expect from our items
All items are antique, reclaimed or second hand or hand constructed from reclaimed materials and are therefore purchased as such.

Whilst every effort is made to insure your purchase is completely sound we ask that customers take account that our reclaimed items are of a good age and have been subject to wear and tear. All timber is porous and subject to atmospheric conditions, so correct surface coatings must be used to account for this.

All items are constructed from reclaimed timbers and components and may therefore differ slightly from pictures and designs shown. This is at our discretion but in keeping with the overall character of the item. All customers are welcome to inspect any item at the shop prior to delivery or collection.

Credit Card Transactions
We do not keep any credit card details used in online transactions on record. Our online transactions for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover purchases are secured by Paypal.

Your Details
Regency Antique Trading do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.
